STX 2025 Membership

I established this consulting company with several objectives in mind: to assist businesses interested in operating on St. Croix, support those already established, and foster improved relationships among businesses, government, and consumers locally. Francis Consulting aims to highlight local interactions, showcasing the dynamics that influence everyday customer experiences in the Virgin Islands.

As an advice-only financial advisor based in Kingshill, St. Croix, I hold an undergraduate business degree from Dillard University and bring over twenty-five years of experience in finance. My background includes roles as a Loan Officer, Staff Accountant, Retail Manager, Small Business Owner, and Business Instructor. Additionally, I have been involved with Prime America in the early 2000s and am a lifetime member of the African Chamber of Commerce in New Orleans. La.

My goal is to give back to the community by providing information to enhance customer experiences with local businesses and helping businesses become accustomed to our local lifestyle, business practices, and culture. I offer hourly consultations, business projects like exist surveys, workshops and training, web design, social media presence and business start-ups.

I envision our island embarking on a new trajectory in 2025, one that facilitates business operations on St. Croix while fostering cordial, equitable, and mutually respectful relationships among all parties involved. It is my hope that we can collaborate effectively to turn this vision into reality, positioning St. Croix not only as a beacon of progress but also as a benchmark for business practices throughout the Caribbean.
